We inspect the roof in three stages. First, we walk the entire surface — checking shingles for wear, flashing for gaps, and all penetrations for seal integrity. Third, we go into the attic — checking ventilation, insulation, and looking for moisture, mold, or daylight showing through the roof deck.

Appointment Setup

Rooftop Assessment
Our inspector walks every section of the roof. Shingles checked for cracking, curling, buckling, missing tabs, and granule loss. All flashing inspected — chimney, pipe boots, vent boots, step flashing, counter-flashing, valleys. Ridge cap and ridge vents examined. Drip edge condition noted.
Interior Inspection
We enter the attic to check from below. Soffit vent airflow verified. Ridge vent continuity checked. Insulation levels measured. Roof deck inspected for moisture stains, mold, daylight, or sagging between rafters. This catches problems the surface walk can't see.
